Can't re-zone into VT

While raiding in VT I needed to get something from the Bank. When I zone a character out retrieved the item then came back into zone they zone into a different instance. Also if I invite someone late after being in zone they also zone into a different instance.

Please post under petition subforums with character/account name and any other possibly relevant information as if you switched guild lately, etc.
