Nobles - Spirit of Chant

I'll start with I have not beat this encounter yet but almost did!

Started the event, everything in the area despawned. I was taking my time to get the mechanics figured out. Event reset at 1%.

Spirit of Chant immediately respawned, rezed the dead, buffed and triggered the event again. Mid event trash started to respawn that I wasn't prepared for. Had toons start dropping so just hit evac to come back to it later.

It has been about 4 hours now and no sign of Spirit of Chant.

You need to trigger chant every time by speaking to the spirit of chant. It may not be respawning, but it should do after some time. It despawns when you trigger the boss. Then should spawn normally again.

Sorry left part of it out. Chant despawned, Spirit of Chant never respawned in order for me to hail and restart the event.

Here is what I think happened and its actually funny. It seems I may have actually won the fight on 12/2/23 and didn't pay attention or see the corpse from the toon I was on.

Beat it again tonight and the Spirit of Chant did not respawn immediately. I will say that part is working as intended.

I was able to duplicate the other part that is a slight issue. If you trigger chant when he spawns all the dragorn despawn. If you fail and do not wait for the dragorn to spawn again before starting the event, they will spawn in the middle of the event.
