Sewer Zone in Tipt from the days of GoD exp

While playing around in Tipt noticed that the drop for access to the sewer was available. So turned in 4 parts and clicked on the stone to the sewers. it allowed me in the sewers but not one mob is in the zone. Was this suppose to be closed off on this server since no mobs spawn or will it be used later on?

The zone is planned to be customized but it's on hold atm.

Thanks. for the quick response. It was still pretty cool running around looking at the design of the place without getting smacked around every 2 secs
