VP Protectors respawning upon death

This has happened to me the past two days for Druushk, I would kill him then another instantly spawns from corpse.
Protector of Xygoz does the same thing except the second version of him is using the graphic from protector of Druushk.

Pretty sure they can do a number of things upon death, one of which is instantly respawning. Others include spawning those wyverns in the hallway or those other little flying mobs. Sorry, been awhile for me haha can't quite remember correctly. It doesn't happen over and over again, right, just once?

Check the wiki.. it notes that it does this
wiki/index.php/Veeshan%27s_PeakI prefer it when they respawn like that.. double the augs and beats the Gauntlet of adds that CAN spawn down each tunnel.
