New HoH Lockouts

Could the GMs be more specific on this? Have the boss respawns changed? how long is the lockout? Is it guild or client based lockouts?

It's an 8 hour lockout after completing the event. As already stated, the reason is clear as to why this was done. The amount of drama and childness that was taking place was getting out of control.

These rules will remain in affect until further notice.
