DSK3 Request

Hi! I know this has been brought up in the past for other zones, but I figured I'd see if it was possible for DSK3 as well. Would it be possible to have the spawn times in dsk3 changed to 23 instead of 24 hours, just so that they don't get pushed further and further back? If not, that's cool! Just figured I'd ask.

Done. Additionally went through and lowered all of DSK1-2 to 23H, and Nadox to 23H.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...
