Drakeon event not resetting seems bugged

I started event, drakeon was at 55-56% and i forgot to reset my heals on tank so i ended up wiping, went back in rezzed my corpses. figured he would be back up by the time i was done rebuffing. 30 mins later no drakeon. It is letting me zone out and back in at will, which makes little sense cause if hes flagged as killed it wouldnt let you zone back in correct? and no one was in hoh so not like he was killed in the time i rezoned to rez. trying to give as much info as possible but if i missed something or need additional info please let me know what yo guys need to know thanks as always in advanced for reading the posts and looking into it.

Looking at the logs/data, Draekon was killed earlier today (roughly about 4 hours ago) by the Guild SpitFire. He should have been on lockout for about another 30 minutes. I see that the zone-in blocker did not take affect and will investigate what happened with that.

Yes, the lockout still shows him unable to spawn for another 27 minutes. I will add it to the investigate queue to look into this coming week.

On a similar zone in problem Volkara zone in gave no messages no matter how much I ran around about being defeated but would not let me zone in.

Zoned into Lord Draekon's realm today after patch and all characters crashed. Needed to use stuck character mover to get them back.
