VT phase 3?

In Phase 2 the clicky portal that use to take you upstairs will port you to the non customized version of VT.

Its at the back of phase 2 up the spiral staircase and the black statue of hands holding a ball. Approximately loc: 3.77, 1756, 67

Did you just try it? I was working in Phase 3 this morning and disabled that teleport about 2 hours ago.

Yes, I zoned and loaded into the citadel but it was the real Vex Thal with the normal mobs. I was no longer in the same instance with the rest of my toons. I ran around and killed a few mobs then zoned out.
