Drunder

First off, this is not a high priority since I don't know any players who like Drunder...but it does have some unique spells and items.

Drunder remains a trying zone to play in. Very slow to get characters in, game lag even when your screen says things are normal. Last night I crashed the zone...very strange found some characters back at the entrance, it seemed, but no NPCs t o be seen, totally depopulated. They could run around explore, but no NPCs. Eventually this seemed to sink into the zone and the zone crashed.

Would be nice if Drunder were as crisp and reasonable to work in as , say DSK1 &2.

Over the weekend I was running around drunder killing the zek family for spells and didn't notice any issues. Last night I started to zone my 24 in to the main zone and a bunch crashed to desktop, the few that did make it in had really high ping (>3k) and couldn't even do a /who in zone. I did however see some of Rafe's chars at ZI. Reminded me of when HOH was super laggy/desyncing if more than 30 or so were in zone at once.

Forgot to say...we were on Vallon and my characters appeared at the main Zone into tactics with no NPCS.

May well have been too much for the zone with over 30 there. There was a while a couple of years ago when I couldn't enter the zone with more than 2 groups.

About how many baned-up toons do you need to have a chance with Rallos?
I heard getting the weapons are a real pain. Looking for something other than t7 and early t8 encounters to do.

I have 3 donor pets, 1 rogue, 1 bst, and 3 or 4 casters (and tank) all with bane weapons. I probably killed him with half the time remaining.

For pets, all you need is 1 toon with the summon: staff of war spell (which you get from completing a blue rod of zek).

I'm not seeing this. I have 3 donor mage pets, 4 rogues, 3 T8 necro pets, 3 melee rangers, 1 donor bow ranger with donor aug, of course my SK with so much donor stuff I'm ashamed to mention, a donor warrior, bst with donor pet, zerker, totaling 25 toons in zone (4 clerics and shammy, unnecessary I know) and I can't get him below about 30%

Many bane melee weapons are augged with Claws of Rizlona (from Sol Ro), so their damage is slightly higher than the bane weapon alone, and I use the donor aug pool to move 2 eyes of the mist dragon to the SK bane weapon and the rogue piercer.

For a simple T6 tank and spank this seems excessive. I have optimized my system, use stick figures, and I still have a lot of lag in the zone.

I do notice an emote that goes off, about his rage increasing; is there a place to click, ala Phara Dar, that makes him easier to kill? With all I've heard about this guy, I should have more than enough DPS to take him down.

Silly question, are you giving all the pets summoned bane weapons? My routine was to make fresh pets, give them the bane weapons and basically could take him down with 6 pets (donor mage, bst, nec and 3 draekon), a zerker and a rogue with bane weapons that weren't even augged and the casting damage from the mage, necro and 1 wizard. Druid and shaman donor BPs help too.

Personally i use only hoh pet and pet zek weapon on all my raid, and only the nuke zep weapon in drunder, (no melee).

I kill easy Rallos only with pets
