Plane of Air at the courtyard where the npcs are for the aug quests there's been a Temple Guardian kind of stuck in the middle half in the ground. Used to always be a safe spot with no roamers/agro spawns, just the quest npcs.

I've noticed this as well. For me when I aggro he starts under the ground (can't be hit except by pets - not necessarily viable for someone fresh to the zone) and I have to run around up and down the ramps to get him to pop up.

Thanks for reporting it. Same weird issue as for the mobs near PoTactics zone in. Should be fixed now.
