We had a mob get under the world, Niix, Frey and I all zoned out. When attempting to zone back in all clients crashed.
I had to use stuck character mover to get my toons accessible again.

Hmm, don't see a crash log so this might be something else. Sounds like the instance/expedition you guys were in didn't let you back in for some reason. Thanks for reporting it anyhow, we'll take a look.

This sounds like the zone got stuck in a loop somewhere in the scripting. Can you give any more details about the mob/event/boss etc that you were doing before you zoned out and which mob got stuck under the ground?

Had just finished killing Obsidious. Arbiter of Destruction was the mob that was under the world killing characters. We jumped back down and eventually Arbiter came back up to normal ground but we had toons dead, link dead, or gate out. I personally lost 16 of 20 clients as they crashed and closed. I shut down all clients. Started up all new clients, logged in, tried to zone into expediton from Vale again. Clients crashed and closed again. Used the stuck character mover without clients running. Characters did not get moved. 2 characters crashed trying to get in from character select. Brought all clients up to character select, used stuck character mover and characters did move then.
