The Hidden Forest

Question, are all of his costumes supposed to work on the hail for Nillipuss? Because I find that the majority don't. Might of had 1 lol.

11 costumes should work (if you have the proper task active).

The ones the costume changer cast? Or just the ones from the merchant in the Forest? Because the changer has different ones than forest and they don't seem to work everytime I approach Nillipuss he gives me a blank stare and I have to use a purchased one.

Yeah, you need the merchant versions. The casted ones are a wider random range of custom looks.
