West Commnlands Halloween T-9

WC T-9 Halloween event completely locks up, toons go LD, some toons get stuck, basically the wheels completely fall off. Does anyone else have this problem???

Woah....2540ms ping. I think I see what the problem is. Other zones are fine, hrmmmm.

178ms ping while in zone without running event. 2000+ when events are started.

Was this issue permanent? Did this occur every time you tried the zone or was it random?
Anyone else had similar issues?
