This is the Othmir in Cobalt Scar who sells cobalt cod. He also sells water flasks which is the companion ingredient on cod oil. However, there are two versions of him ... one which sells the cod and the other sells the oil.
Would it be possible, please, to combine their sellable inventories so that the cod and water are on the same vendor and then perma kill the PH so that those two items are always available? The tradeskillers would like to make cod oil on the premises.
