Was in ssra today, trying to bang out the headhunter quest. Killed the rhag1, which forces rhag2 to pop. Got up there, was ready to go and I crashed. Came back in and rhag2 had despawned because no one was in the zone.
I think I remember someone telling me certain zones go inactive if no one is in them and shuts them down to save either memory or bandwith. Regardless, chain events such as that should have a 10 minute window before shutting down if possible. Hell, 5 would even work.
