Exodus /evacs not bringing you to safe point in some zones

Hi. I tried searching but i either suck at using the search function or this hasnt been brought up yet but in some zones when you evac, or more importantly exodus (instant evac, aka oh shit lets get out of here) instant evacs and zones you, but in several zones instead of taking you to the safe point, it just zones you right back where you were...defeating its purpose of escape. Kinda funny 1st couple of times when you evac thinking you made it out safe only to zone back at the bosses feet and die but its starting to get annoying now.
Has anyone brought this up before? The zones i can list of the top of my head are Stillmoon Temple and Plane of Fire. I'm sure there are more i just can't remember them right now but if i need to i will go to all the popular zones and evac/exodus and test if it puts you at the safe point like it should or if it just drops you back where you were.
