ssra npc

i dont know if it is a bug.webtools/zone.php?name=ssratemple,
there arent Rhag'Mozdezh and Arch Lich Rhag'Zadune in the ssra npc's list.and i am doing hh quest,i have tracked them for 1 week,but i didnt find them.

The rhag cycle should be working in ssra. i did it not too long ago. some newer guilds have been perma camping ssra so u might not find him up anytime soon =/
