Chardok - Echo of Chardok

This mob has always been miles above the gear level of the zone, basically a rude awakening to anyone who unknowingly charges in at him thinking hes your standard named mob. Hes a lot like the prenerf Echo of Sebilis that took light years to die, but instead of just taking an extreme amount of time to kill he instead does mass aoe stuns, hits like a truck, etc etc....

Combine that w/ theres no extra reward to kill him (unless ive missed something) hell hes not even part of headhunter. Drops the same loot as other nameds, etc... seems like he needs to be toned down or given a unique purpose.

There is a reward for killing him. He drops 2 items 100% of the time whereas the other named drop 1 item 70% of the time.

btw, what is up with chardok's drops? These are the items on the named loot tables(every item has 250 hp/mana/end too):

Inlaid Jade Hoop(Ring/Ears 38 ac, ac+ds clicky, 3 avoidance, 5 regen, 5 ds)
Telescope of Clear Vision(Face, 40 ac, 25 atk, 3% spell shielding, telescope clicky)
Mask of the High Chef(Face, 45 ac, 3 all regen, 4% stun resist, summon food clicky)
Clear Water Pouch(Range, 39 ac, 2 all regen, 10 combat effects, enduring breath worn, summon drink clicky)
Cloak of the Howler(Back, 35 ac, 30 atk, 5 combat effects, 5 strikethrough, form of the howler clicky)
Voice of the Unseen(Face, 39 ac, 2 all regen, 3 stun resist, voice graft clicky)
Bracer of Persistence(wrist, 35 ac, 5 ds, 5 regen, 3 shielding, guard clicky)
Sarnak Bow of Fame(Range, 30 ac, 49dmg/20dly, sharpshooting 2 focus, -100% bard skills, 1 all regen)

There's a lot of nice upgrades over sebilis but there's too many range, face and ear items! In addition someone who can do chardok can do the 3 dragons for this much better ranged item (webtools/items.php?id=3821) or get the equivalent face item from plane of storms( webtools/items.php?id=17214) or from sleep walker/tolapumj (webtools/items.php?id=3397). The shoulder and back item are great but it would nice to see a few more items in those slots than all those range/face/ear items.
