Under the wiki some zones such as barindu, kodtaz, and qvic are listed however whenever I tried to zone into these zones, either from qinimi or riwwi, I was unable to due to "not yet experienced to pass through an inter-planar portal."
My question is are these zones still under construction or am I missing a flag?
