ToV Respawned

hey guys, was told in OOC that I could get in trouble if I just re-clear to Vulak to do a 2nd attempt, so figured id say something, died to Vulak cause I didnt know he was perma rooted, buff back up, zone back in and the entire zone is respawned.

Means you probably spawned a second instance, it's been reported from time to time especially when folks die in an instance.
Think a GM has to clear your association with the instance.

yeah I just dont want to get myself in trouble for allowing even more loot to rot when I am just after Vulak

The only time when anyone gets in trouble is when they exploit knowingly

lol that figures, I dont remember the persons name but if I happen to see it in OOC theyre getting a nasty tell cause that ruined the rest of my eq night! lol j/k
I did get to help out a person that never really played EQ before though, got em all their epic 1.5 stones in 3 pulls
