Does every character needs Reconstructed Power III to request a raid in Drunder?

I'm not sure why you would think that? Just hand the raid instance guy 500pp on each toon to zone!

I tried handing in 500pp to Friend of Prenz and nothing happened, is that the correct NPC?

Yes, and i just handed him 500 and he ported me.

Unless it's because you're at the Rallos one? You need to do the other two first I believe.

All 3 of them are Friend of Prenz. The first two are just up from zi. Go right or left.
