first issue i ran into was if you agro the Jorpal Crafter you pretty much get half of the island if not the entire island on you ( same if you agro a portion of the island it brings named and about 10-15 adds onto you) mob density and their link radius is fairly large

Being a group area they may be suggesting to have a FD puller.

i think what sarcon is saying is that. you can tap a mob right in front of you sometimes....and it aggro a mob 100 feet away...kinda unbelievable...specially for a group zone that means you would need to have a really large clear area to pull from.

yeah the bug i get is you agro a mob and it agro's a group of mobs across the zone shin, but on the memphit island its just theres a super high density ( your forgetting im a FD puller btw), and i had my monk for dual FD splitting, a clump of 30 mobs, yes pacify works but you cant really reduce the agro much because of their linking radius ( think link at a insane distance ( wasnt KoS so duno about their natural agro range)
also castle 1's general sometimes gets buggy and gets stuck under the world ( to far to melee and cant cast/proc), but he sure beats the snot outa ya.
ohh yeah another thing ive noticed is the soldiers and defenders killing chaplains when they spawn ( also named are killing them to), so you got mob vs mob KoS on chaplains i think

About the Chaplains -
i have no idea honestly - seems since they are clerics or something they are hated by the others. They are on the exact same faction table.
I put them to KOS-Assist faction for now. See how that works (at work currently - cannot check ingame).
As far as the Island - i removed some mobs this morning, to make it less dense. I'll check again what mobs spawn there and lower the agro radius. That should fix it.
