Nadox Possible Bug

The past few days sense patch iv been having weird issues in Nadox
Thursday Morning, Oligrath Event not once but twice once i beat 3rd phase just auto failed me, never spawned 4th boss, just got emote Event failed then insta LD x12
Last night i attempted to do Nadox again, Me and a guildie where at first 4 mobs as soon as i attacked a mob all 15 of our toons went ld (zone crash) we rebooted and was jumped on logging back in, Zone crashed again.
Tonight Engage Fevarn, 85% Shadow Paths Near Fevarn hits my tanks with silence, LD instantly.
(Started logging now, hopefully i can reproduce it)

Not having LD issues tonight but out of sync issues. All toons just standing there and went out of sync 3 times. Happened to two of us, the other two on raid had no issues. We figure it was some connection issue between us and the server.

So i could only reproduce this twice, out of about 10 attempts
:lol: If i engaged normaly 6, all was fine
if i engaged 7th they got the AE's no ld
But if i engaged normal 6, then had 6 more engage at same time = Zone crash (as the 13th toon in zone LD'd too at the zone in)

Pretty sure I found part of the issue here. Deals with pets... im running a few tests internally to see if i can 100% verify it.

The fixed up code is live on the Test Server now. If you guys can, jump on there and test it out.

The issue was that pets were being allowed to have more buffs than the code could support. Pets are allowed a maximum 25 buffs and before the fix they were being allowed to stack up to 36.

With the code fix pets are now limited to 19 Buffs, 5 Songs and 1 Discipline slot, equaling out to 25 total buff slots.

Things to test if you get on test server: Stack as many buffs as you can on a pet and then send them into a fight and let them die. It should no longer crash the zone when they die.

Haha pro Find, After Reviewing your post and looking at my logs, Everytime i crashed a pet has died withen the last 5 lines logged!
Ill hop on the test server tonight when i get some more free time and play around! Thanks Vaion!

Clever find! Do the pet owner's buff slot AAs affect the pet? 5 short duration buff slots seems low.

It doesn't affect the pet buff slots. They are hard set at 25. There may be some internal effect to increase it but I'd have to dig around to find it and right now it's not on my todo list.

Alright, well thanks for finding the potential fix! Honestly I can't name more than 13 worthwhile long duration buffs for a pet, so I don't care much about those being affected by AAs. Short duration on the other hand... there are 8-9 that are dps/survival critical. If you get some time after T9, would love it if that makes it on the to-do list then.

Lovin whatever changes you did, My UI for pet works now for the first time on Emu WEE!! The songs go in Short Duration buffs, The Health of Target Window work, And now its not resetting blocked buffs everytime i relog!
