Hey there. THF is a custom server. Non-custom quests might or might not work, they are unfortunately not supported. I suggest you to take a look around in the custom zones, there are plenty of custom fun quests out there.

Anyone have any suggestions for a insta-click quest item for quad kiting that is similar on the custom server?

Not sure why you want to quad kite, just nuke them with a tank bot tanking for you if your solo and a caster.

http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/items.php?id=8165 is instant click and will agro a mob without causing dmg. It's in a 55-70 zone, and is readily available.
