Just out of curiosity's sake since I have no legitimate clue as to how much something like this would even begin to go for, what would you consider a "serious offer" ?..

I'm now aware of stuff like Khasva tokens going for 700ish K ... But a rare illusion clicky?.. What kind of ballpark are you looking for?

actually, my khasva tokens would be sold for less than the price you mentionned. They used to be sold for 750k before the patch that made the DSK3 access less long to get (as long as you have done all the quests in hoh). So my price for them is cheaper too.

And about the leo band, well, I don't have a fixed idea of what I am looking for. Can be anything really. But that illu ring is damn rare, that's very sure (and has that advantage of counting as achievement) so I'm looking for interesting things.

I wasn't actually interested in its purchase myself - was just a curiosity.. I'm poor anyways. I rarely have any more than 400k at any given point, plus I'm not gung ho about achievements or collecting illusions But good luck on finding a buyer!
