Cloak of the Fearsome, dropped from Cazic Thule has Ferocity VII on it, Xephyrus, Wand of Flowing Order dropped from Xegony has Ferocity VIII on it. Doesn't seme right since CT is a tier ahead of Xegony. Was hoping CT cloak could be moved to 8 or xeg wand dropped to 7.
