PoAir mobs

From the quest npc if you take the left tunnel and go to the first building, almost all mobs inside the building guardians, birds etc, fall underground and cannot be attacked. The only way to kill them is to run out and climb up a post on the bridge to bring them up higher.

it's a pain for us too... this has been mentioned multiple times. Maybe its an eqemu issue?

Ok I had hoped it was limited to that building but apparently not it seems all the buildings with birds guardians etc suffer from this and its a real pain in the...it seems the mobs up the stairs in the buildings do not suffer from this only the ones downstairs. I realize its an air zone and probably a nightmare when it comes to this stuff but in buildings i dont think it should ever happen. Maybe their spawn points need to be raised up a bit I dunno. Can only tell you trying to clear those buildings is a heckuva lot more of a challenge than it should be lmao

We celar buildings all the time, I have found that if we pull many of the mobs in buildings from their spawn spot they fall through the floor. So we began just fighting them at their spawn locations. It just got easier that way. Been like that since Air opened.
