I'm not sure if it fits an item oddity, but I don't really see where else it should go.

First, the fact :


So, when I hand my freshly summoned pet one tonfa (1500HP/250AC on them), he only gains the AC from it. When I hand it another one, this time he only gains HP.

Puzzling.
