About a week ago I looted a Drachnid Rib Bone Shield from Kortiz in Dreadspire on my wizard Elyza and after clicking it once it disappeared.

Fixed with next reboot. I put it to your bank, don't click it till tomorrow reboot.

When I click this item it says : item is out of charges.

It's a known issue that if you give your bot a clicky item, it might bug the item out. I'm guessing this is what happened here since a "new" Drachnid Rib Bone Shield is working as intended.

Actually handing bot's items that got click effects doesn't bug the items anymore at least for me, last time i tested it was a day or two after the last bot tweak.
