Gather Mana II

Since my wizard is basically always oom, I'm really looking forward to the teaser:

- SPELL: New Gather mana spell line were introduced:
-- Gather Mana: 10K mana
-- Improved Gather Mana I: 20K mana
-- Improved Gather Mana II: 30K mana (soon ingame)
-- Improved Gather Mana III: 40K mana (soon ingame)
