First wave of fixes.

Striat already commited the first wave of fixes. He's our hero!

Changelog
o Fixed AC - players were being hit much harder than previously experienced
o Clickies/procs should once again be affected by focus
o Fixed issue with extended enhancement series
o Heals should now heal the same as previously experienced (fixed advanced healing gift and +heal one)
o Rain DD's will once again be affected by improved damage focus
o Spell Casting Mastery should now save mana as stated
o Warrior hate has been given a boost due to hate lost from procs/crit chance
o Removed perl "unable to find filename" error from logs
