This is the last toon that I need.
I need some help on finding this guy, I can not seem to find him anyplace. Can someone give me some general direction on were to hunt for this guy.

It took me forever to find this guy too!
Basement--> go to the top floor of the cursed temple on this eqatlas map. See that red dot in the NE corner of the map, thats a secret door(I think) you go up.

On the top floor there is one room to enter with smaller rooms on the north and south. Wivlx is in one of those 2 rooms( I can't remember but I think its the south one). Inside the smaller rooms there's a named that doesn't drop anything and has a different spawn timer than the rest of the trash(Purple dot on the map). Wivlx(One of the pink dots on the map) is one of the 2 guards next to that named.
