Groundspawn Respawn Rates

Doing the Christmas quests reminded me of this again (I keep forgetting to bring it up):

Is there any chance you guys could update the groundspawns for the VP Key flag quest (scrolls), and the Epic 2.0 quest (Acid of Eternity, etc) to be like the groundspawns for the Christmas quest and the Solo Aura quest?

Currently, these groundspawns disappear for all in the zone once they are picked up by one person. The only way to get them to reappear is to zone out and back in, or camp out and then enter again.

Conversely, the Christmas quest has groundspawns that respawn immediately upon being picked up.

Epic 2.0 groundspawns:

Mixed up ToV and Icewell spawns, but it's ok! :P Thanks, they will be updated with next reboot.
