[FIXED] Cry for Blood Rk. I-III has a bugged recourse

webtools/spell.php?id=9711 has a chance to trigger webtools/spell.php?id=9712. I've been getting strange behavior lately, though. The boost triggers 50% of the time, as intended; however, when the weakness triggers I am often receiving both the boost + weakness buff/debuff at the same time. It didn't used to do that iirc.
