Yesterday, I was trying to enter the zone: North Karana and South Karana.
The system just kicked me out and showed the message:

You are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planner portal.

What does it mean? Does it mean there is level-limitation for entering this zone?
I am 30 Magician and just returned to play EQ for 2 weeks.
Probably there were many things changes for these years.
I remember I can enter Karana before?
Anything I can do if I just want to go into these zones?

I believe those 2 zones have been revamped and are custom on this server. They're for max level people and there are some raid targets there or something like that.

North Karana has level 39, South Karana has level 55 level-limitation. You should be able to enter them shortly.
As Croco23 said, they are partially (or fully) custom, specially during the yearly Halloween event.

The Pegasus is an custom Mob (Worldboss) here with different lootstable, use the allawebtools/Wiki to check mobs here first.
