Hi guys. Sorry for the delayed response. I am crash free after removing the script to switch my weapons based on a heal over time. I also made it so that my instant cast agro is equipped so it does not require exchange. Anytime I am dispelled I do use exchange to cast instant cast buffs and that has caused no crashes.

I imagine that several competing exchange commands were causing the instant link death every so often.

For another server I had to change click routines to use a delay after calling for instant cast items to be used. I went with delay 3 and it cleared up 99% of my crash issues.
You should be safe to use mq2exchange as long as you write in a delay.
Of course not switching items is safer.
