Zenurix corpse disappearing every kill since 9/18 update

Last week we killed him twice without poofing. Today the corpse poofed .

Killed him many times and haven't seen it but today the corpse poofed on me. Not sure if it helps but the necro dot desolate pyre rk III seems to be what killed him.

Too much dps IMO.

Not had it disappear at all in the last 15 kills or so. Got to be something very particular to cause this I reckon.
