Core parking = good.
Not using any Nvidia driver newer then 3.00 series = good (If your GPU is nvidia)

It fixed a stuttering issue for me in BF4 after getting my AMD 290X. No more death by shotguns.

Improved FPS in EQ2 / GW2 and I'm noticing better FPS on my 2 secondary EQ clients when running all 3 at 1080 and max graphics settings. I zoned 15 times last night and never lost connection on any clients.
