Code: (update pending until we fix a common crash related to this revision)
o Backstab will now look for the item with the highest backstab dmg to use as it's modifier instead of always defaulting on the primary weapon only.

Zones:
o Dreadspire Keep Tier 3 events now award 6 flags per kill instead of 3.

AAs:
o Added support for Expendable AAs. (lots of awesome stuff coming soon )
o Tier 9 Passive AA's are now limited to 30 ranks instead of 100 due to a limitation discovered in the Titanium client.
