Oh neat! I heard the recast delay was 1 hour and it shared the same recast type as the coth Orb from Lady M (8 iirc). Definitely a viable way to let a Rogue really go to town! Thanks, Sian.

I've managed to only rarely have agro issues with my rogue. (yay donord SK agro) but it's a good idea to keep agro off dps.
