Cry Of Strategy and Hundred Hands Effect

I just got Cry of Strategy and notice that it doesn't stack with Slayer's Destiny, presumably because destiny has haste v3 in slot 2, and cry of strategy has hundred hands effect in slot 2 as well.

As far as I understand they're different types of haste, with hundred hands reducing weapon delay instead so should stack, I think that's how it worked in the original eq. Also, seeing as Cry of strategy is a 30min reuse, 30 sec duration I think it should stack, or at a minimum it should overwrite Slayer's Destiny instead as my Zerker get's a higher DPS with strategy compared to slayers.

Maybe the simplest fix is to move the Hundred hands effect into Slot 3 instead if that's possible?

Making them stack should be the fix, I'll just have to see to avoid other possible stacking conflicts.
