Health/Mana Worn Effects

Can anyone confirm that the two effects below are working as intended?

+5000 HP to total health pool.
+5000 mana to total mana pool.

Items I am using:
Lucid Gloves of Mana
Ice Crystal Wristguard

I can't seem to account for the +5000 increases in either effect on my characters trying to use these items. Similarly for the other items from VT that have worn effects to grant mana/hp... Wondering if others have confirmed if they gain the health or mana from any of the items.

I have the Lucid Gloves of health. i can confirm i'm noting getting the 5k hp it adds in the worn2
