I've been wondering about this item for a long time. Would be fun if it did evolve to be more similar to the more rare items stat wise, just as a little reward for endless farm of VT Similar to Fordel Gem and Shadow Haven.

While there's an entry in the books table for the description, there's no entry in the worn2 table or any reference to this in code so it could be an unfinished feature as far as I can tell. We'll have think about what to do with it.
