Hi all,
Today I have one script for attacking. It gets called by my main assist, via button click to "attack"
This is in a /bca withme //mac attack
The attack macro, then uses /if blocks to determine what character it is and uses inside that /if block to specify certain items or disciplines etc for each character.
My question is, running everyone through the same script a good idea speed wise? I bog down quite a bit at over 6 chars, which I really dont want more than that anyway, but curious if my setup is part of the issue. I moved EQ to a solid state drive, that seems to have helped quite a bit in speed.
Just curious if I should break these scripts into their own scripts and have each character run their own? Or how other folks are handling running 6 chars with MQ.
I feel my scripts are a bit too involved and could for sure get cleaned up. Also been thinking of adding a bot, I have never done a bot yet, but maybe during bigger fights add a shaman or cleric or druid to help with heals. Anyone mess with that??
Sorry, I know I am all over the place, just looking for some suggestions how others run their crew.
