Just tested this as well and produced the same result with TGB on or off it only calls the group the donor is in.

I can say the same. I have never seen it work on another group. However, I gave up worrying about it as it's easy enough to move people around in raid. Still, if it's supposed to work, then it isn't.

Lillu/Vaion, have you had a chance to look at this? It's not a massive priority (we also have a mage who can call the other group, albeit at a slower pace) but it'd be lovely if it worked as Vaion describes above.
