I must say, for a private server that operates on donations, folks are very helpful with the technical issues that can crop up in a game like this.

Much better help here so far compared to Verant or SONY back in the day!

If you stick around for a while, you'll see that the community is also very helpful. We have lots of decent veteran players always willing to help. We're just having calmer days than last year but that makes things even more relaxed anyway (less EQ drama! ).
