Just crashed at 8:55 PM mountain time. Was on a couple of oozes and a couple of devourers and one rock. Whole raid disconnect.

With these disconnects it makes it nigh to impossible to clear the zone as it takes about 20 minutes to regroup.

I believe I have found and fixed this issue.

I was able to reproduce the crash by letting a player die from a mob's scripted attack (AOE direct damage). If the player died before an emote was received by the player, then the whole zone went down. After implementing the fix, I've tested and have been unable to reproduce the crash (yay), but could you two confirm:

Every time the zone crashed, did a player or pet of sorts die at that very moment?

Yup rogue had died for me.

after patch 10/14/2015 pushed courtyard in VT pretty hard and no crashes! So far, so good! Thanks

Vex Thal Courtyard is much much better but I managed to crash it. Was on last Devourer in zone all by himself and poof...

Did anyone die during the kill that you can remember? Player, pet, anything? Did the zone crash when the last devourer died or while fighting him?

Zone crashed while fighting him. Didn't notice a if a pet died or not. No characters died. I'll pay closer attention when getting toward the last npc standing...

Zone crash when fighting 3 devourers last night, 10/15/15. No named up. Three were pulled from lineup to right of steps leading up to door.
