New Harn Touch incorrect figure?

Chaos, I had made it into an AA and had customization for like 5-8 AA ranks. I lost it when my harddrive went down, and I just haven't had a chance to do it yet.

However, your wish is my command! Timers will be pulled from spell file.

HT Timers

• Under 40 - HT spell (and thus timer) is 88
• 40 and over is 2821
• Improved HT AA is 2774
• Leech Touch is 2766

If it would make it easier and we only want one timer for all HT, I can change it to pull from only 88 or any other suggestion you may have.

Striat - this is awesome
I think having them spread on to 4 different base spells is good - since linear dmg growth is not good enough. the default values are fine for lower levels, but need more juice at higher levels.

Would mind dropping you solution at Emu devs over Emu forums too?
