Worth casting or not, it is not working as originally intended which is a conal aoe. I don't believe it is supported in th eqemu code but may be worth looking into on the eqemu forums.

This spell appears to no longer do anything. Cast time and particles work, but no damage at all. Tried self casting, casting at range and in melee.
