Well the dummy parse for Ranger is halfway correct... Besides, why bother running a dps class that is ineffective against anything rooted? Or is this just me assuming ToV is indicative of the ratio of rooted to not-rooted bosses in other tiers?

Oh hey, I was mistaken. After the pets were re-balanced this Spring, most saw a sharp decrease in ATTK - so that cannot be why pets fair so well against the T8 dummy. Perhaps it is because they're lvl ~80 and players are 70? I really don't know, but my high AC/ATTK theory doesn't hold water any more

am I the only one surprised by the difference between both your wizzies ? 50% dps difference almost between both. And they have donor leggs + weapon and yet they are still way behind others.
You did those parse with full rk3 buffs/songs/clickies and debuffs are just buffs ?

Yes, that bothered me as well, however, I have not had a chance to figure out why yet. Thought I had most of their offensive clickies the same.

Bessy does have the T9 AA, however, just 1 rank so that should just account for 1%. Betti does not.

Off top of my head, rooted raid bosses in t7+, most are free moving or tethered.
